You book an appointment, and the doctor consults you privately by video or audio call in English, Hindi and Bengali. The consultation fee is ₹400; it is shown before you pay it. If medicine is prescribed, it is quoted separately — you talk to the doctor before paying for any medicine.

You can pay by UPI (scan a QR or pay to our UPI id), bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS) or pay after the consultation. The consultation fee is shown before you pay it. A UPI or bank payment is verified by our staff within working hours; the appointment is held for 24 hours while that happens. With pay-after-consultation the appointment is confirmed at once and the fee is collected after you have spoken to the doctor. Medicine, if prescribed, is paid for separately — you talk to the doctor before paying for any medicine.

Prescribed medicine is shipped across India by registered courier or speed post in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the treatment on the outside. A consultation can be cancelled and refunded if you ask before it has taken place; once it has been completed the consultation fee is not refundable. A medicine order can be cancelled within 2 days of placing it and before it is dispatched; dispatched orders cannot be cancelled or returned, because medicines are prepared against a prescription. A damaged, defective or incorrect item should be reported within 2 days of receipt, after which it is replaced or refunded. Approved refunds are sent within 1-2 working days by UPI or bank transfer.
